‎‧₊˚✧ Cosmica V1.0 1000 downloads celebration ✧˚₊‧

Cosmica V.10 has reached over 1000 downloads! To celebrate I'm uploading three new Cosmica variations which I've been working on for a while - Cosmica Angel, Comica Devil, and Cosmica Chrome!

Cosmica Chrome is a shiny and spiky Cosmica variation, and unlike other packs it has an animated link hover cursor!

✴ HOW TO USE/INSTALL ON YOUR HOME COMPUTER ✴

Cosmica Chrome comes with an installer that will automatically add both cursor schemes to your computer; after extracting the ZIP, right click on the installer and choose install. Cosmica cursor folders will be added to Windows\Cursors.

To switch cursor schemes, go to Settings > Mouse Settings > Additional Mouse Options and navigate to the Pointers tab.

If the installer isn't working for you, you can manually set your cursor appearance. To manually set cursor appearance: On the Pointers tab, click Browse to customise each cursor separately, then Save As... to name as a new scheme.

For Mac users: I am under the impression customising cursors is more complicated for you. This download includes all the .cur and .ani files for the cursor sets, which can be used in whatever cursor customisation work-around you use.

I've been looking for a star-themed cursor set for ages!
It looks so good, you did an amazing job!!!

What workaround for macbook will allow me to open this?

Inside the download there are the cursor files (.cur and .ani) and an auto-installer for windows only, so for mac ignore the installer. I don't have a macbook myself so I can't experiment with adding cursors. I searched for tutorials on youtube and this one is the most popular so you could try it out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oyv7oxrSWZ8 . It might include converting the file types which you can do online by searching for file type converters.

Macs are not very custom-cursor friendly so it's definitely not easy! When I have the opportunity I'll try it out on a friend's macbook and see what I can do to make the files as easy to intergrate as I can.
